BlackTrack is a strictly educational software tool for trader training and analysis. It lets you log trades (journal), replay historical market movements (Replay), generate statistics and obtain AI-assisted analysis.

BlackTrack is not a financial advisor, broker or investment intermediary. It does not execute trades with real money, does not manage client funds and does not connect to real trading accounts. The information shown is for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

To use certain features you must create an account and provide truthful, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to contract the Service.

BlackTrack offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown on the Platform and include applicable taxes where relevant. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; BlackTrack does not store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

When using the Platform you agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access systems, data or third-party accounts without authorization.
• Copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Introduce malicious software or overload the Service's infrastructure.

Non-compliance may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account with no right to a refund.

All content, branding, software, design and materials on the Platform are the property of BlackTrack or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The content you generate (your trades, notes and data) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it and provide you with the Service.

Trading in financial markets involves a high risk of loss. Past results do not guarantee future results. BlackTrack does not promise or guarantee profits, returns or results of any kind. Any decision you make is your sole responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackTrack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for financial losses arising from trading decisions. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of relevant changes and the “last updated” date will reflect the current version. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the modified Terms.

The Service is operated by Blackinvestor LLC, with address at 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 (United States). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States) and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
