Refund Policy
At BlackTrack we want you to be happy with your subscription. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how to handle it. All payments and refunds are processed through Stripe.
2.1. Free trial period
Paid plans include a trial period (for example, 3 days) that you can cancel at any time before it ends without any charge being made. We recommend trying the Service during this period to confirm it fits your needs.
2.2. Satisfaction guarantee (14 days)
If you made your first payment for a paid plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the charge, provided there is no abusive use of the Service. This guarantee applies only to the first period contracted.
2.3. Renewals
Automatic renewals (the second charge and onward) are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
2.4. Annual subscriptions
On annual plans, once the 14-day guarantee period has passed, no pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2.5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- When the request is made outside the 14-day window of the first payment.
- On subscription renewal charges.
- When the account was suspended or canceled for breaching the Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of fraudulent or abusive use of the Service.
2.6. How to request a refund
Write to us at soporte@blacktrackjournal.com from the email associated with your account, stating the reason for the request. We will process approved refunds through Stripe to the same original payment method. It may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2.7. Right of withdrawal
If the legislation of your country (for example, consumer regulations) grants you broader withdrawal rights than this policy, those rights shall prevail.
